An object of the present invention is to provide an orally ingestible composition that has a lipolysis-promoting effect and an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory effect and has no problems with safety as a food such as side effects or toxicity, and a food or drink and a supplement comprising the composition. As a result of diligent studies on various food materials to provide a composition for foods having a lipolysis-promoting effect and an ACE inhibitory effect, the present inventor has found that a composition prepared by using a salmon milt extract, a beer yeast extract, a young barley leaf extract, and chicken collagen in combination has an excellent lipolysis-promoting effect and an ACE inhibitory activity. A food or drink and a supplement having a lipolysis-promoting effect and an ACE inhibitory effect can be provided by using the composition of the present invention as an active ingredient.
