PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culm raising device allowing reduction of cost.SOLUTION: Each of culm raising claws moves along arc-shaped movement paths Q1 and linear movement paths Q2 continuing thereto in a rising attitude. A casing includes: cover parts K covering an endless rotating band and both lateral sides of guide wheel bodies on both upper and lower sides and a guide part G positioned inside the cover parts K on both the sides, and restricting a position in a direction orthogonal to a moving direction of the culm raising claws each having the rising attitude.
