PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold air drying device that has its structure simplified and can produce dried fish of good quality etc., by efficiently circulating dry cold air in a drying chamber.SOLUTION: The cold air drying device which dries objects to be dried by blowing dry cold air thereto includes: the drying chamber 13 in which the objects 20 to be dried are arranged a freezer chamber 12 which is provided next to the drying chamber 13 with a partition interposed and in which a drying freezing machine 18 for generating the drying air is arranged and a circulation duct 15 which includes a sending-out passage 14a for the dry air, and which sends the dry air generated by the drying freezing machine 18 from inside the freezer chamber 12 into the drying chamber 13 wherein an air blower 26 is provided in the circulation duct 15 through the sending-out passage 14a for the dry air.
