An intelligent electric bed system, comprising an electric bed, a terminal device, and a server. The electric bed comprises: a monitoring module (1) for monitoring physical conditions of a user, and sending monitoring data to a wireless communication module (3); and a main control module (2) for receiving a control signal from the wireless communication module (3) and adjusting a state of the electric bed based on the control signal. The wireless communication module (3) may transmit the received monitoring data to the server, receive the control signal from the server, and send the control signal to the main control module (2). The server may generate the control signal based on a setting signal sent by a terminal device and the monitoring data. The terminal device is adapted to adjust the state of the electric bed via the server and send the setting signal to the server. By using the electric bed system, changes can be made in time for usages of different users, thereby improving sleeping condition of the users.
