The absorbent article (1) further comprises a center high part (2) which protrudes in the thickness direction of the absorbent article in an excretory orifice contact region. The center high part (2) further includes a portion of the top sheet (5), and a cushion part (7) which is positioned between the top sheet (5) and the absorbent body (8). The center high part (2) further includes a central part (11), and an outer circumference part (12) which surrounds the central part (11).
