The invention describes a method for producing a balloon from a suitable blank, wherein the blank is introduced into an outer mold, comprising the following steps: • the blank is heated in a first step and is acted on with pressure in such a way that it expands until against the inner wall of the outer mold, • the pressure is reduced in a second step following expansion of the blank, such that the blank relaxes again, • the three-dimensional expansion of the mold is changed in a third step, and • the blank is acted on again with pressure in a fourth step, such that it expands again until against the inner wall of the changed volume of the outer mold.L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un ballonnet à partir d'une ébauche appropriée, l'ébauche étant introduite dans un moule extérieur, comprenant les étapes suivantes : • l'ébauche est chauffée dans une première étape et est sollicitée avec une pression de sorte qu'elle se dilate jusque contre la paroi intérieure du moule extérieure, ・ la pression est réduite dans une deuxième étape, après l'expansion de l'ébauche, de sorte que l'ébauche se détende à nouveau, • la dilatation en trois dimensions du moule est changée dans une troisième étape, et • l'ébauche est sollicitée à nouveau avec une pression dans une quatrième étape, de sorte qu'elle se dilate à nouveau jusque contre la paroi intérieure du volume modifié du moule extérieur.
