The present invention relates to a composition for prevention or treatment of bronchial asthma comprising a PKR inhibitor as an active ingredient. The PKR inhibitor and derivatives thereof according to the present invention can be used as a pharmaceutical for prevention, amelioration or treatment of bronchial asthma and as a supplementary health food because the PKR inhibitor and derivatives thereof reduce the total counts of inflammatory cells, eosinophils, neutrophils and lymphocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of neutrophilic severe asthma-induced mice, reduce airway inflammation and airway hyper-responsiveness, and reduce inflammatory mediators.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à la prévention ou au traitement de l'asthme bronchique comprenant un inhibiteur de la PKR en tant que principe actif. L'inhibiteur de la PKR et ses dérivés selon la présente invention peuvent s'utiliser en tant que produit pharmaceutique pour la prévention, l'amélioration ou le traitement de l'asthme bronchique et en tant que complément alimentaire sain, étant donné que l'inhibiteur de la PKR et ses dérivés réduisent la numération totale des cellules inflammatoires, des éosinophiles, des neutrophiles et des lymphocytes dans un liquide de lavage broncho-alvéolaire chez les souris souffrant d'asthme grave provoqué par des neutrophiles, réduisent l'inflammation des voies aériennes et l'hyper-réactivité des voies aériennes, et réduisent les médiateurs inflammatoires.본 발명은 PKR 저해제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 기관지 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 PKR 저해제 및 이의 유도체는 중성구성 중증 천식 유발 마우스의 기관지 폐포 세척액에서 전체 염증 세포수, 호산구, 중성구 및 림프구의 수를 감소시키고, 기도 염증 정도 및 기도 과민성을 감소시키며, 염증 관련 매개체를 감소시킴으로써, 기관지 천식의 예방, 개선 또는 치료에 유용한 의약품 및 건강기능식품으로 사용될 수 있다.
