In addition, the height of a pedaling axis can be adjusted to maintain the exercise legs higher than the spinning or sitting indoor cycle, so that cardiac reflux of the venous blood pushed to the legs is facilitated. Also, with the recumbent posture, a stroke volume is facilitated and a blood supply to the heart muscle is improved. Further, the present invention can prevent the edema of the legs and lower the heart burden.
