The present invention relates to a green wall planting block system comprising: a planter which forms or breaks a connection between a planting mat and an irrigation member, and has a function of keeping water in the irrigation member from directly entering the planting mat, or a structure allowing one planter to be stacked on another； an irrigation member which contains a wick supplying water to the planting mat, and has a water collecting receptacle to which an overflow technique, which allows water in the receptacle to flow downwardly when the water is filled to a certain level, has been applied； and a planting block body which includes a solidified soil and a wick made of non-woven fabric in the solidified soil. The green wall planting block system of the present invention provides a green space on the surfaces of indoor walls, and keeps the growth of plants uniform by maintaining a uniform supply of moisture thereto, thus imparting a sense of stability both aesthetically and environmentally. Further, the green wall planting block system of the present invention makes use of existing materials and can be assembled directly by a user, and therefore, can be utilized also as a tool for environmental education.본 발명은 식생매트 및 관수부재를 연결 및 단절하고, 관수부재의 물이 식생매트로 직접 들어가지 못하게 단절하는 기능, 또는 하나씩 쌓을 수 있는 구조를 가지는 플랜터와, 식생매트에 수분을 공급하는 심지가 담기며, 집수용기에 어느 정도 용수가 채워지면 하단으로 물이 내려가는 오버플로우 기술이 적용된 관수부재와, 고형화 토양과, 고형화 토양에 부직포로 이루어진 심지를 포함하는 식생블록체를 갖추어서 실내의 벽면에 녹지공간을 제공하는 것으로, 균일한 수분공급이 유지되어 식물의 성장상태가 균일하여 환경적으로는 물론 미관상으로 안정감이 제공되며, 특히 기존의 재료를 이용하여 사용자가 직접 조립할 수도 있어 환경교육용 도구로 활용할 수 있는 것이다.
