Provided is an ocular instillation assisting tool which, when the remaining volume of an eye drop gets low, makes it possible to apply the eye drop to eyes to the last drop while having the eyes fixed ahead, as in the case where a sufficient volume of the eye drop still remains. An ocular instillation assisting tool (100) according to the present invention is provided with an assisting tool main body (20) which can hold an eye drop container (10) at one end thereof in such a manner that a nozzle part (14) can be positioned below a container main body (11) while fixing a position at which the eye drop is to be applied by means of a cup (40), and which can support an eye drop discharge lever (30) in a rotatable manner at the other end thereof.
