According to one of the versions the composition contains at least 2 wt % of sucrose in conversion to the total weight of the composition and fructose in an amount up to 80% of the total sugar, non-fat milk solid substances in an amount of no more than 8 wt %, less than 7 wt % of oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides with glycaemic index from average to high, less than 2 wt % of polyol, digestible oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides with low glycaemic index and at least a galactomannan stabiliser. According to another version the composition contains at least 1 wt % of sucrose in conversion to the total weight of the composition and fructose in an amount up to 75% of the additional added sugars, more than 8 wt % of non-fat milk solid substances, less than 7 wt % of oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides with glycaemic index from average to high, less than 2 wt % of polyol and digestible oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides with low glycaemic index.
