The present invention relates to a variable container sterilizer of which the shape is changed to correspond to the depth and an inner area of a container. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the variable container sterilizer. A sterilizing device includes a sterilizing module (10) inserted into the container. The sterilizing device includes a support unit in which two or more sterilizing modules are installed and unfolded after being folded. The support unit includes a first rotation unit (510) capable of being freely changed. The support unit also includes: a fourth support unit in which the sterilizing module is installed； a fifth support unit in which the other sterilizing module is installed； and a sixth rotation unit wherein the fourth and fifth support units are installed to cross each other and are unfolded after being folded.
