PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately align a photographed image.SOLUTION: This ophthalmic image processing device includes: an operation input part operated by an examiner a monitor and an image processing part acquiring, from a storage part, image data on a reference front image acquired by an ophthalmic photographing device and image data on the other front image acquired in timing different from the reference front image, allowing the selection of a characteristic portion on the reference front image based on an operation signal inputted from the operation input part, searching for a characteristic portion corresponding to the characteristic portion selected in the reference front image by image processing in the other front image, and performing matching processing between the reference front image and the other front image by image processing based on the characteristic portion in the reference front image and the characteristic image searched for in the other front image. The ophthalmic image processing device performs the alignment between the different image data acquired by the ophthalmic photographing device.
