The problem of the present invention is to provide apatch preparation containing a drug (excluding 2-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocycloocta[b]pyridine and a physiologically acceptableacid addition salt thereof), which is superior in both the skinpermeability of a drug, and adhesiveness in the presence ofwater.A patch preparation containing a support and an adhesivelayer on one surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layercontains a drug excluding 2-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydrocycloocta[b]pyridine and aphysiologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, anacrylic polymer, lactic acid and magnesium aluminometasilicate.
