The invention relates to compounds that are analogs of a cyclic peptide, cyclo[EKTOVNOGN], AFPep, that has anti-estrotrophic activity. The analogs of the invention include peptides and petidomimetics that inhibit estrogen receptor dependent cell proliferation. The compounds of the invention are useful for treating cell proliferative disorders or physiological conditions characterized by undesirable or unwanted estrogen induced cell proliferation, including breast cancer.La présente invention concerne des composés qui sont des analogues dun peptide cyclique cyclo[EKTOVNOGN], AFPep, présentant une activité anti-oestrotrophique. Les analogues selon linvention incluent les peptides et les peptidomimétiques inhibant la prolifération cellulaire dépendante des récepteurs aux œstrogènes. Les composés selon linvention peuvent être employés dans le traitement des troubles prolifératifs cellulaires ou des états physiologiques caractérisés par une prolifération cellulaire indésirable induite par les œstrogènes, y compris le cancer du sein.
