PURPOSE: A feed additive for eel cultivation is provided to improve the rate of gain and the feed efficiency, to increase the content of vitamin A, vitamin E and omega fatty acid, to stimulate the neutrophil activation, and to reduce the mortality due to infection of fish pathogens. CONSTITUTION: Tissue-cultured ginseng is dried until the moisture content become 5-15 weight%, and pulverized. A feed composition for eel cultivation includes 0.5-2 weight% of dried tissue-cultured ginseng powder as an active ingredient. The feed composition for eel cultivation is powder formulation or pellet formulation. The feed composition for eel cultivation is fed to eels to breed.본 발명은 인삼 배양근 건조 분말을 유효성분으로 함유하는 뱀장어 양식용 사료첨가제, 상기 뱀장어 양식용 사료첨가제를 배합한 뱀장어 양식용 사료조성물 및 상기 뱀장어 양식용 사료조성물을 뱀장어에 급이하여 뱀장어를 사육하는 방법을 제공한다.
