PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth fixing structure for improving the problems of a conventional swinging tooth fixing structure, such as detachment, holding, aesthetic property, and discomfort of a retainer, reducing discomfort of the oral mucous membrane, and especially reducing a load on a dental pulp-containing tooth as an organism, achieving strong holding and fixing of a swinging tooth, and obtaining sufficient aesthetic property.SOLUTION: A swinging tooth fixing structure is characterized by forming continuous cavities connected to a number of teeth including adjacent teeth, centering a swinging tooth, or forming a front tooth part black tertiary inlay cavity or a molar tooth part black secondary inlay cavity which includes a dovetail-shaped mode only in an adjacent surface part periphery of a number of teeth including adjacent teeth, centering the swinging tooth. Furthermore, a cavity bottom area of the cavity is mounted and fixed with a metal casting of the same shape as that of the cavity bottom area, a front side area of the cavity at a front side than the metal casting is formed with an undercut-like front side cavity part widening toward a dental pulp side of the tooth, and finally, the front side cavity part is filled with filling and polished in accordance with a general method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は従来の動揺歯の固定構造の問題点である固定装置の脱離、維持、審美性、違和感を改善し、口腔粘膜の違和感、特に歯髄を含む歯、生体への負担を軽減し、更に動揺歯の強力な維持、固定を実現し尚且つ十分な審美性を得る歯の固定構造を提供する事にある。【解決手段】動揺歯を中心とした隣在歯を含む多数歯に連なる連続窩洞を形成する事を特徴とし、或いは動揺歯をを中心とした隣在歯を含む多数歯の隣接面部周辺のみに鳩尾状の形態を兼ね備えた前歯部ブラック3級・インレー窩洞或いは臼歯部ブラック2級インレー窩洞の形成を特徴とし、該窩洞の窩底領域に該窩底領域と同形状の金属鋳造物が装着固定されており、該金属鋳造物よりも表面側の前記窩洞の表面側領域には歯の歯髄側に向かって広がるアンダーカット状の表面側窩洞部が形成され、最後に該表面側窩洞部に充填物が充填され通法に従い研磨されている事を特徴とする動揺歯の固定構造。【選択図】図3
