PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a seedling transplanter having a transplanting width of eight or more rows wider than the right and left width of a traveling vehicle body, caused by the wider transplanting width, and causing troubles in the growth of seedlings because the transplanting surface of a field after being leveled is not even because land-leveling rotors at the right and left outsides are lower than the land-leveling rotors at the center part in the land-leveling rotors installed by being hung by a seedling-transplanting part to cause unevenness of the transplanting depths in the seedlings.SOLUTION: The multi-row seedling transplanter having the seedling-transplanting part installed in the rear part of the traveling vehicle body so as to be lifted and lowered by a lifting and lowering link is constituted as follows. Land-leveling rotor devices of the seedling-transplanting part are constituted of a plurality of the center land-leveling rotors 227b, side part land-leveling rotors 227a and outside land-leveling rotors 227a1.
