PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transplant a sheet-like cell culture with high accuracy following an affected part of varied shape and to easily store and take out the cell culture during transfer.SOLUTION: The cell culture transfer instrument 10 includes a case 12, a film body 16 spread over an opening 14 of the case 12, and a balloon 18 provided in a space 28 of the case 12 and expanded under the supply action of air. The film body 16 is provided recessed to the space 28 side with respect to the opening 14. The sheet-like cell culture 26 is sucked to the substantially center part of the film body 16 and then moved close to the affected part in a living body, and the balloon 18 is supplied with air and expanded to press the film body 16 so as to swell to the outside of the case 12. The sheet-like cell culture 26 sucked to the swelling film body 16 is allowed to abut on the affected part to perform transplantation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】シート状の細胞培養物を様々な形状である患部に追従させて確実且つ高精度に移植すると共に、移送時における前記細胞培養物の収納・取り出しを容易とする。【解決手段】細胞培養物移送器具10は、ケース12と、該ケース12の開口部14に張られた膜体16と、前記ケース12の空間28に設けられエアの供給作用下に拡張するバルーン18とを備え、前記膜体16は前記開口部14に対して空間28側へと窪んで設けられている。そして、膜体16の略中央部にシート状細胞培養物26を吸着した後、生体内の患部近傍へと移動させ、バルーン18にエアを供給することによって該バルーン18が拡張して膜体16を押圧してケース12の外側へと膨出させる。この膨出した膜体16に吸着されたシート状細胞培養物26を患部へと当接させることで移植を行う。【選択図】図3
