Disclosed is a bed for inducing sleep. According to the present invention, the bed for inducing sleep comprises a lower frame and an upper frame coupled to the lower frame to reciprocate horizontally, wherein a mattress or an angle adjustable motion support body is arranged on an upper portion thereof. The bed for inducing sleep further comprises: a guide unit including guide support members arranged on the lower frame in the same direction to support and guide reciprocation of the upper frame, and guide rollers arranged on a lower surface of the upper frame to be coupled to the guide support members to be guided； a driving unit including a driving body and a driven body installed on both sides of a middle portion of the lower frame and separated from each other, and a connection member to connect a driving shaft of the driving body and a driven shaft of the driven body to transfer power to simultaneously rotate the driving shaft and the driven shaft； and a connection unit to connect the driving shaft and one side of the upper frame by a driving side connection rod of a multi-joint structure, and connect the driven shaft and the opposite side of the upper frame by a driven side connection rod of a multi-joint structure to convert rotary motions of the driving shaft and the driven shaft into straight motions to simultaneously push and pull both sides of the upper frame to allow the upper frame to be guided on the guide unit to reciprocate horizontally.
