The present invention relates to a composition for treating type II diabetes comprising intestinal mucosa targeting inducible regulatory T cells as an effective component. The use of a pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can restore the intestinal mucosa specific barrier function, promote the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-10, and reduce blood glucose to effectively treat type 2 diabetes.본 발명은 장 점막 타겟형 유도성 조절 T 세포를 유효성분으로 함유하는 제2형 당뇨병 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약학적 조성물을 이용하면 장 점막 고유 장벽기능을 회복시키고 IL-10과 같은 항염증성 사이토카인의 분비를 촉진하며, 혈중 글루코스를 감소시켜 제2형 당뇨병을 효과적으로 치료할 수 있다.
