PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means of obtaining a cell laminated body having strength easy to collect in a short time as compared with conventional techniques.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for producing a cell laminated body comprising: a) subjecting cultured cells to a mild enzyme treatment such that an intercellular adhesion protein remains b) adding the cells subjected to the enzyme treatment in the step a) into a culture vessel having an inner bottom of cell non-adhesion property c) performing cell culture while subjecting the cells added into the culture vessel to centrifugation toward the direction of the inner bottom, and forming a cell laminated body and d) collecting the cell laminated body obtained in the step c).
