PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid and a kit for enamel regeneration which promote remineralization of enamel within a living body and are effective for treatment of initial dental caries and prevention of dental caries.SOLUTION: The liquid for enamel regeneration includes amelogenin, calcium ions and phosphate ions. The kit for enamel regeneration includes a first liquid containing calcium ions and a second liquid containing amelogenin and phosphate ions. Amelogenin accumulates on the enamel surface to form spaces, and calcium ions and phosphate ions accumulate in the spaces. Because the spaces are supersaturated locally with calcium ions and phosphate ions, a reaction between the calcium ions and phosphate ions is promoted and growth of hydroxyapatite crystals is promoted.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】生体内においてもエナメル質の再石灰化を生じさせ、初期齲蝕の治療や齲蝕予防に有用なエナメル質再生液及びエナメル質再生キットを提供する。【解決手段】エナメル質再生液は、アメロゲニン、カルシウムイオン及びリン酸イオンを含有する。また、エナメル質再生キットは、カルシウムイオンを含有する第1の溶液と、アメロゲニン及びリン酸イオンを含有する第2の溶液と、を備える。アメロゲニンがエナメル質表面に集積して空間を形成し、この空間にカルシウムイオン及びリン酸イオンの集積が生じ、局所的に過飽和になることでカルシウムイオンとリン酸イオンの反応を促しハイドロキシアパタイト結晶が成長する。【選択図】図12
