PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional tool for supporting an upright seating position forcibly makes a patient take an end seating position by fixing the patient to a backrest with a fixing belt, does not arrange environment wherein the patient oneself tries to rise up, and does not promote recovery force inherent in the patient by imparting stimulation to the backbone, abdominal muscle, or back muscle of the patient.SOLUTION: A tool 1 for supporting a sitting forward-bent upright position includes: a pair of left and right lumbar part holding parts 11a, 11b pinching a lumber part close to a maximum width part of the ilium of a pelvis from both left and right sides fixing parts 31a, 31b attachable/detachable to/from a cushion base 7 arm parts 21a, 21b connecting the lumbar part holding parts 11a, 11b with the fixing parts 31a, 31b and opening holding mechanisms 51 each holding a pinching opening of the lumbar part holding part 11a, 11b to a prescribed degree.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の端座位補助具では、患者を背もたれに固定ベルトで固定させることにより、患者に強制的に端座位を取らせるもので、患者自らが起き上がろうとする環境を整えてやるものではなく、患者が背骨や腹筋、背筋に刺激を与えて、本来患者が持つ回復力を促進させるものとなっては、いないという問題があった。【解決手段】前傾端座位補助具1は、骨盤の腸骨の最大幅部近傍の腰部を左右両側から挟む左右一対の腰部保持部11a、11bと、クッション台7に着脱可能な固定部31a、31bと、腰部保持部11a、11bを固定部31a、31bと結ぶ腕部21a、21bと、腰部保持部11a、11bの挟む開度を所定に保つ開度保持機構51と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
