PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus for inspection of gas piping which prevents gas inside piping from flowing out in a large quantity by using an inflated balloon and is capable of smoothly and excellently performing endoscope inspection in piping.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus 1 for inspection of gas piping comprises: an insertion part 21 which is flexible and includes a tip part 24 provided with an observation optical part 24a and an illumination part 24b an endoscope 2 including an operation part 22 which is connected to the insertion part 21 a balloon part 11 including a balloon 17 a balloon device 3 including a fluid supply tube 12 which supplies fluid to the balloon 17 and a fluid supply device 13 and a guide coil 4 which guides the insertion part of the endoscope 2, the balloon part 11 and the fluid supply tube 12 to a target area in piping 9.
