A kit for preparing a radiolabeled liposome is provided, the kit comprising a liposome suspension and a radionuclide, wherein the liposome suspension comprises a conjugate with a structure of [chelator- hydrophilic polymer-lipid]. A method for preparing a radiolabeled liposome using the kit is also disclosed herein, thereby the radiolabeled liposome being produced with the conjugate connected to the surface therein. The advantages of the present disclose such as simple, convenient and without purifying for the produced radiolabeled liposome are thus achieved. Further, the produced radiolabeled liposome has high specific activity and is suitable for clinical use.本發明係關於一種用於製備放射性微脂體之套組，其包括有：微脂體懸浮液以及放射性核種，其中微脂體懸浮液包含有結構為螯合物-親水性聚合物-脂質之一接合物，藉以和放射性核種連接。本發明亦提供利用上述套組之製備方法，藉此製得一其表面接上螯合物-親水性聚合物-脂質的接合物之放射性微脂體，達到使用方便、操作簡單、無須純化之放射性同位素標幟製程，且製得的放射性微脂體具高比活度及高靈敏度，適合臨床使用。
