Disclosed are combinations comprising a) compound of formula I 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(isopropylamino)-1-(4-((R)-5-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)propan-1-one (GDC-0068), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and another agent selected from [3,4-Difluoro-2-(2-fluoro-4-iodoanilino)phenyl]{ 3-hydroxy-3-[(2S)-piperidin-2-yl]azetidin-1-yl} methanone (GDC-0973/Cobimetinib) or N-[(2R)-2,3-Dihydroxypropoxy]-3,4-difluoro-2-[(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)amino]-benzamide (PD-0325901), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The combinations are particularly useful for treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer.
