PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance binding to phospholamban and a cardiac failure-treating agent which contains the substance and corrects the abnormality of Ca
2+ dynamics in a cardiac muscle cell in order to provide a cardiac failure-treating agent which is not accompanied by gene manipulation or gene expression.SOLUTION: Disclosed is the cardiac failure-treating agent which targets a fusion protein comprising cytoplasmic domain of phospholamban and contains a phospholamban aptamer which is any one of a base sequence comprising a specific sequence obtained by SELEX method, a base sequence in which one or several bases of the base sequence comprising a specific sequence are deleted, substituted or added, or a base sequence in which homology to the base sequence comprising a specific sequence is 90% or more.
