This invention relates to an active air extraction device of air bed for CPR which is an air extraction device connected between a pump and an air bed, mainly disposed in a main body with an air delivery tube unit composed of one or more tube bodies. Each tube body is T-shaped. Those T-shaped tube bodies have two ends respectively connected to the pump and the air bed and a remaining end disposed at the edge with a movable unit. Under normal condition, the movable unit can close one end of the tube body for enabling the pump to deliver air to the air bed and under emergency condition needing to discharge the air in the air bed, the end port of the tube body is no longer closed by the movable unit by manipulating the movable unit so that the air originally in the air bed can be fast discharged in an active manner by being matched up with the air current of the pump. The structure of this invention integrates the functions of air intake and quick air discharge, which has great industrial value and progressiveness.
