The present invention relates to a cigarette substituting device, and more specifically, to a cigarette substituting device which satisfies inhalation needs of a user using scent molecules of various natural oils that are useful to the human body and have appropriate stimuli and flavors, which is capable of further increasing preferences by improving the structure of a cartridge containing the scent molecules, thereby improving scent releasing power and hitting sense due to efficient air movements, and which finally promotes effects of smoking cessation.
