The present invention relates to an electrical bath apparatus and an apparatus to generate power by which a dieting effect can be provided by supplying power. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the electrical bath apparatus comprises: a housing； a first electroplate inserted into the housing to have a layer structure with a first surface of the housing, wherein an anode is formed therein； and a second electroplate inserted into the housing to have a layer structure with a second surface of the housing, wherein a cathode is formed therein.
