A system for separating and concentrating the components of the entire material is disclosed. The overall material may include a material having two or more components. Substances having two or more components include whole blood including at least red blood cells, monocytes, and plasma. The system may have a substantially single container with a separation part (22) and a concentration part (24). The separated components may be transferred from the separation unit (22) to the concentration unit (24) and concentrated.
