PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of hop tea, etc., which comprises hop branches and leaves of plant of the family Cannabaceae and strobils as raw materials, has a hop flavor, is easily drinkable and good for the health by noticing hop branches and leaves of plant of the family Cannabaceae and as a result of component analysis of dried hop branches and leaves and confirming that hop branches and leaves much contain minerals, are non-caffeine and comprise useful components of y-aminobutyric acid [GABA] and polyphenol besides nutrient components such as vitamin A, total vitamin C, vitamin E, dietary fiber, etc.
SOLUTION: The hop composition is obtained by naturally drying hop branches and leaves of plant of the family Cannabaceae and strobils as raw materials, pulverizing them, and blending the dried branches and leaves with the dried strobils in a weight ratio of 60-80:40-20. The method for producing the same is provided.
