PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double eyelid forming tape adequately hard to cut and excellent in attaching feeling.SOLUTION: A double eyelid forming tape includes at least base materials 120E and 120U, and acrylic adhesive layers 110a and 110b provided on the base materials. The base material is polyurethane. The acrylic adhesive layer comprises a copolymer of (meta)acrylic acid ester, (meta)acrylic acid, and ethylenic unsaturated monomer, having a weight ratio of (meta) acrylic acid ester and (meta) acrylic acid, and ethylenic unsaturated monomer different therefrom {a weight ratio of (meta)acrylic acid ester:(meta) acrylic acid:ethylenic unsaturated monomer} of (70-95):(1-10):(1-20).【課題】適度に切れ難く、装着感が良好な二重瞼形成テープの提供。【解決手段】基材１２０Ｅ，１２０Ｕと、基材上に設けられているアクリル系粘着剤層１１０ａ，１１０ｂと、を少なくとも有する二重瞼形成用テープにおいて、基材が、ポリウレタンであり、アクリル系粘着剤層が、（メタ）アクリル酸エステルと（メタ）アクリル酸と、それとは異なるエチレン性不飽和モノマーとの重量比｛（メタ）アクリル酸エステル：（メタ）アクリル酸：エチレン性不飽和モノマーの重量比｝が７０～９５：１～１０：１～２０である（メタ）アクリル酸エステル／（メタ）アクリル酸／エチレン性不飽和モノマーの共重合体を含有する。【選択図】図２
