PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive muscular strength measuring device capable of easily implementing measurement of muscular strength in the closed kinetic chain to extremities.SOLUTION: The muscular strength measuring device includes a connector for connecting the proximal part of the trunk or extremities of a subject to a distal end of the extremities, and a muscular strength detecting portion disposed at any selected position of the connector for detecting the muscular strength of the subject. The muscular strength measuring device is configured to measure the muscular strength exhibited by the subject in the direction of separating the proximal part of the trunk or extremities and the distal end of the extremities. Further, the connector includes an orthotic to be attached to the proximal part of the trunk or extremities of the subject, and a connection band for retaining a prescribed distance between the orthotic and the distal end of the extremities of the subject. The connection band is extended, as seen from the lateral direction of the subject, to pass through from above a first joint adjacent to the proximity of the proximal part of the trunk or extremities of the subject to above a second joint on the distal end side after the first joint. The connection band is extended in such a direction as to follow the direction of the muscular strength exhibited by the subject. With this structure, the muscular strength in the closed kinetic chain can be easily measured.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】四肢に対する閉運動連鎖の筋力測定を簡便な操作で実施できる筋力測定器を、簡潔かつ安価に実現し提供すること。【解決手段】被験者の体幹又は四肢の近位部と、四肢の遠位端とを接続する接続具と、前記接続具の任意の位置に被験者の筋力を検出する筋力検出部を設け、被験者が被験者の体幹又は四肢の近位部と、四肢の遠位端とを離開させる方向に発揮する筋力を測定できるようにした。更に、前記接続具は、被験者の体幹又は四肢の近位部に装着する装具と、前記装具と被験者の四肢の遠位端との間隔を所定の間隔に保持する接続帯とで構成され、前記接続帯は、被験者の左右側面視で、被験者の体幹又は四肢の近位部の直近に隣接する第一関節上から、第一関節の次に遠位端側にある第二関節上の間を通るように延設され、かつ、前記接続帯の延設方向は、被験者が筋力を発揮する方向に追従できるようにすることで、閉運動連鎖の筋力測定を簡便に行えるようにした。【選択図】 図1
