To provide a cutting blade for a mowing machine, the blade that is made to run away even while biting into trees while sending it to the other side of a working person, in which there exist a trouble of a mowing object coming toward the working person, and a fear of impact against a machine body and a body if the cutting blade bites into the trees during the work with the mowing machine.SOLUTION: An outer side of a disk is made a warping blade, and a warpage curve is provided in the rotating direction of the warping blade, and also a tip end and a dorsal part are provided.
