The hand tractor driven corn planter, is an agricultural machine, made of low-cost and locally available materials. It is compose of paired metal blade, the frontal and posterior in position serve to drive the machine and to open the soil (frontal) and close it (posterior). A spider gear attached to control and ensure that the blades are in right angle. A fertilizer tank that can carry kilogram fertilizer is attached which is connected to a tube of 1 1/4 inches diameter. And when once the soil opens, the fertilizer will drop. A chain drive is present where the slanted disc of 5 1/2 inches diameter is attached. The disc contains nine (9) holes. On top of the disc is a slanted seed tank measuring 7 inches, its mouth opens at 8 centimeter wide and has a capacity of 5 kilos of seeds. The seeds are fed in a narrower mouth at 3 1/2 centimeter wide. The disc was designed slanted to ensure passage of the seeds. The seeds will attached to each of the holes located in the disc. As the blade turns, the disc also turns, until the seed will reach the tube, then it will drop into the soil. The blade in the behind will close the soil, thereby the corn seeds are planted. An adjustment valve is also connected to modify depth and width of the canal. This machine has shock that allows lifting of the blade when it turns thereof will automatically disengage as it turns and will lock through a pedal attached. While when this present machine is use, it only takes 2 hours to finish it, ensuring that the standard distance of 60 centimeter apart for each seed to be planted is also ensured. Thereby improvement on productivity by maximizing the land and right density of the corn planted per hectare can be attained.
