The present invention relates to a medical apparatus used to selectively treat the diseased tissue or part of an organ. The surface of the medical apparatus, which is compressively contacted with the tissue or the diseased region of the organ, is adhesively coated with a lipophilic, nearly water-fast drug which can be combined with various tissue components, and in a short period after being contacted with the diseased region, the drug can generate curative effects and, at the same time, does not adversely affect the neighboring healthy tissues.
