The present invention provides feed for soft-shelled turtles that the turtles eat well and that produces exceptional flavor, fattening, and nutritional value in the farmed turtles. The present invention also provides a method for producing farmed soft-shelled turtles and a method for increasing various amino acids in the meat of soft-shelled turtles. Feed for soft-shelled turtles, the feed being obtained by adding the heads of mantis shrimp, which are a raw material derived from mantis shrimp, into mixed feed. Additionally, a method for producing a farmed soft-shelled turtle, the method comprising giving the feed for soft-shelled turtles as food. Additionally, a method for increasing amino acids in the meat of a soft-shelled turtle by giving the feed for soft-shelled turtles as food.
