The present invention relates to a surface absorbent material which can be used: in all places requiring absorption and discharge of water； and as a vinyl substitute of a greenhouse. When snow is piled up on a greenhouse, the snow is melted to become water due to the high inner temperature of the greenhouse, and the water is re-absorbed by the snow. Here, the surface absorbent material absorbs and discharges water absorbed by the snow. To this end, the surface absorbent material of the present invention: places a material between inducing rods to harden the configuration thereof； breaks surface tension of a liquid to make the liquid run down the inducing rods by forming a plurality of grooves on the inducing rods； and breaks the surface tension of the liquid to make the liquid run down the inducing rods by making the length of the inducing rod long and the length of the material short.흡수와 배수가 필요한 모든 곳에 사용할 수 있으며 비닐하우스의 비닐대용으로 사용할 수 있으며 하우스에 눈이 쌓이면 하우스 내부온도는 높아서 눈이 녹아 물이 생기고 이 물은 다시 눈이 흡수하게 된다 이 물을 흡수표면재로 흡수하고 배수하게 하였다
