The embodiment of the proposed invention relates to a prefilled syringe containing Glycopyrolate-Neostigmin whereby sterile and stable Glycopyrrolate-Neostigmine can be administered. The present syringe is prefilled and so the syringe itself contains Glycopyrrolate-Neostigmine. Thus filling the syringe from ampoules is not required. This eliminates the risk of contamination and enables sterile Glycopyrrolate-Neostigmine to be administered. Unlike the conventional methods, where there are high chances of drug getting unstable and ineffective due to charring of Glycopyrrolate-Neostigmine while sealing the ampoules the drug in the present syringe has no risk of charring. Therefore, a stable drug can be administered. Also the glass ampoules are not required to be separately handled. This makes transportation and handling convenient and economical.
