The present invention relates to a veterinary vaccine containing nanoadjuvants in the form of emulsion and Clostridium difficile antigens, as well as the use of the vaccine in the preventions and treatment of a C.difficile infection, especially in birds and mammals. The object of the invention is also the use of this vaccine to produce C.difficile-specific antibodies.La présente invention concerne un vaccin vétérinaire contenant des nanoadjuvants sous la forme d'une émulsion et d'antigènes de Clostridium difficile, ainsi que l'utilisation du vaccin dans les préventions et le traitement d'une infection par C.difficile, en particulier chez les oiseaux et les mammifères. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ce vaccin pour produire des anticorps spécifiques de C.difficile.
