The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for radiating magnetism, and more specifically, to a mouthpiece for radiating magnetism by installing a magnetism radiation unit at a main body unit of the mouthpiece which accommodates upper and lower dentition to apply magnetic stimulation onto gums, so that symptoms of various diseases in the gums are induced to be eased and cured while a user is wearing the mouthpiece. To this end, the present invention includes: a main body unit having a shape corresponding to tooth arrangement, having a horizontal base part and border parts surrounding edges of the base part while being perpendicular to the base part, thereby forming an upper dentition accommodation part at an upper side of the base part and a lower dentition accommodation part at a lower side of the base part and a magnetism radiation unit mounted in the main body unit, for forming a magnetic field toward the upper dentition accommodation part and the lower dentition accommodation part.
