PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing amorphous aluminum silicate with a spherical shape and conforming to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia in the purity assay, weight loss by drying and acid-controlling power of synthetic aluminum silicate, without requiring a granulation step and a drug preparation using the amorphous aluminum silicate particle as the nucleus.SOLUTION: The aimed synthetic aluminum silicate drug preparation is obtained by using such aluminum silicate as a nucleic agent that is synthesized in a specified compositional ratio (Si:Al), at a specified temperature, in specified reaction liquid concentration (SiO2+Al2O3) and by a specified reaction system in the production thereof, and has 20-50 &mum average particle diameter and a characteristic of a narrow particle size distribution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】非晶質で形状が球状で、日本薬局法の合成珪酸アルミニウムの純度試験、乾燥減量、制酸力に適合する珪酸アルミニウムを、造粒工程を要せず製造できる製造方法を提供すること、および該非晶質珪酸アルミニウム粒子を核とした製剤を提供する。【解決手段】珪酸アルミニウムの製造過程で反応時に、特定の組成比(Si:Al)、特定の温度、特定の反応液濃度(SiO2+Al2O3)、更に特定の反応方式により合成される平均粒子径が20~50μmで粒度分布巾の狭い特性を有する珪酸アルミニウムを核剤として用いることで、目的とする合成珪酸アルミニウム製剤が得られる。【選択図】図1
