An improved rotary bed structure comprises: a bed frame structure, a bed body structure, and a pivot structure. The bed frame structure is provided with a fixation seat. The bed body structure is provided with a connection seat and located above the fixation seat of the bed frame structure. The pivot structure is provided with a rotary shaft for fixing the connection seat and a startup unit assembled with the bed frame structure. The rotary shaft is arranged with a plurality of pivot arms. The startup unit is provided with a telescopic member for driving the pivot arms of the rotary shaft for rotation. When the telescopic member of the startup unit is elongated or shortened, the pivot arms of the rotary shaft can be rotated about an axis of the rotary shaft of the pivot structure so as to synchronically drive the bed body structure for rotation, thereby allowing the bed body structure to rotate back and forth between a deflection position that is protruded from a lateral side of the bed frame structure and a placement position that is not protruded from a lateral side of the bed frame structure.
