The present invention is related with the field of the therapeutic immunization, specifically with the employment of a new formulation of antigens of the Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) for the cellular stimulation. The formulation is formed by the surface antigens (HBsAg) precipitated in suspension and the nucleocapsid (HBcAg) of the HBV. The formulation contains these antigens like suspended particles of sizes less than 500 nm and higher than 500 nm, in a mixture where the proportion among the particles of the mentioned sizes is among 50% - 50% and 80% - 20%, respectively. The selection of a range of sizes of particles allows that the levels of stimulation of several cellular types are maximized. Additionally, a cellular stimulation method is described with this formulation, and the later passive immunization of patients with chronic Hepatitis B, based on the maximum stimulation in vivo or in vitro using heterologous or autologous cells (dendritic cells, B cells and macrophages). The cells stimulated with this formulation are transferred to patients chronically infected with the HBV.本発明は、特に、細胞刺激のための新規なB型肝炎ウイルス(HBV)抗原製剤の使用による、治療上の免疫化の分野に関する。製剤は、懸濁されているHBV表面抗原(HBsAg)及びヌクレオカプシド(HBcAg)沈殿物で形成される。製剤は、上記の抗原を、500nm未満のサイズ及び500nmを超えるサイズの粒子として懸濁されている沈殿物として、上記のサイズの粒子間の比率がそれぞれ50%と50%から80%と20%の間である混合物中に含有する。粒子サイズの範囲の選択により、様々な細胞型の刺激のレベルを最大限にすることが可能になる。さらに、異種又は自己の細胞(樹状細胞、B細胞及びマクロファージ)の最大限のin vivo又はin vitro刺激に基づく、慢性B型肝炎患者の上記の製剤を用いる細胞刺激、及びその後の受動免疫の方法が記載される。この製剤を用いて刺激された細胞は、慢性HBV感染の患者に移入される。
