The external morphological information includes the length of the platycodon grandiflorum roots, the diameter of the roots on the thickest portion, the number of stem scars on the rhizome, and the diameter of the platycodon grandiflorum.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 도라지(Platycodongrandiflorum)의 경흔(莖痕)을 이용한 도라지 재배년수를 판별할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 도라지의 재배년수가 증가함에 따라 도라지뿌리의 노두(蘆頭)부분에 있는 움푹 패인 경흔의 개수가 증가한다는 데에 기반을 두고 재배년수와 움푹 패인 경흔의 개수가 일치한다는 결과를 얻었다. 상기한 본 발명에 의한 도라지 재배년수의 판별법은 재배년수에 따른 도라지의 과학적 판별기준이 될 수 있으며, 도라지 재배년수 판별기준 정립을 통한 도라지유통질서 확립에 기여할 수 있다.
