PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe having both of medicament non-adsorbability and heat resistance capable of withstanding a 121°C sterilization test at a low cost, while retaining transparency, formability, and shock resistance of a barrel to be filled with a medicament.SOLUTION: A barrel 2 constituting a prefilled syringe 1 includes a multilayer structure in which an innermost layer composed of a cyclic polyolefin resin and an outer layer composed of a polypropylene resin are aligned via an adhesion layer composed of a polyolefin-based adhesive resin.
