Therefore, the present invention provides a thermal function and massage function, while maintaining the function, use, and applicability of the typical band-type joint guard. Also, the present invention does not impose strain the movement of wrists and ankles due to the joint unit which is twisted and expanded according to the movement of the wrists and ankles.
