PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing earthworm dried powder in which not only there is no possibility of reduction in enzymatic activity of earthworms, but also enzymatic activity of earthworm dried powder to be obtained is increased.SOLUTION: There is provided an earthworm dried powder manufacturing method in which earthworm dried powder is manufactured by using earthworms from which decayed soil is removed as a raw material, in which pressure treatment is performed to living bodies or crushed materials of the earthworms from which decayed soil were removed, and the earthworms after the pressure treatment or crushed materials of the earthworms are used as a raw material of earthworm dried powder.【課題】ミミズの酵素活性の低下の虞がないばかりか、得られるミミズ乾燥粉末の酵素活性を増大させるミミズ乾燥粉末の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】糞土除去処理をしたミミズを原料にしてミミズ乾燥粉末を製造するミミズ乾燥粉末製造方法において、糞土除去処理をしたミミズの生体又はその破砕物に対し加圧処理を行い、この加圧処理後のミミズ又はその破砕物をミミズ乾燥粉末の原料にする。【選択図】なし
